TL;DR:

At Hunky Tops, every product is made just for you. You have 30 days to return or exchange your item if it’s unworn and in original condition. Need a different size? Changed your mind? No problem — just email christian@hunkytops.store to get started.

Thank you for shopping at Hunky Tops! We want you to feel confident and proud wearing your new gear. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.


Return and Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • You must initiate your return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Personalized items and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email christian@hunkytops.store with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or exchange.
  2. If requesting an exchange, tell us what size or item you would like instead.
  3. We'll send you instructions for returning your item.

Refunds

  • After we receive your return, we'll inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing takes 5–7 business days after receiving your item. Your bank may take up to 30 additional days to post the refund.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered for different sizes or different items of equal or lesser value.
  • If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference.
  • If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
  • We’ll ship your exchange after receiving and inspecting the original item.

Return and Exchange Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.
  • In cases of damaged or incorrect items, we’ll cover the cost of return and replacement shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Email christian@hunkytops.store with your order number and at least two photos (one showing the whole item, one showing the problem).
  • After review, we’ll send you a corrected or replacement item at no additional cost.
