Hunky Tribe Gallery: Official Rules and Terms

These rules govern the Hunky Tribe Gallery, including the Published Photo Credit and the Hunky of the Month Contest (collectively, the "Promotion"). By submitting a photo, you agree to these terms.

The Promotion

The Hunky Tribe Gallery is an ongoing community photo gallery hosted at hunkytops.com. Each month, a Hunky of the Month is selected from that month's published submissions. The Promotion runs on a monthly basis until cancelled by Hunky Tops (see "Cancellation" below).

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to anyone who owns Hunky Tops branded apparel, whether purchased directly or received as a gift. The person submitting the photo must be the person appearing in the photo. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Hunky Tops are not eligible.

How to Enter

To participate, visit the Hunky Tribe Gallery at hunkytops.com and click the Submit button. Complete the submission form with your name, email address, and photo upload. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis throughout each calendar month. To be eligible for that month's Hunky of the Month contest, your photo must be submitted by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the last day of the calendar month.

Submission Requirements

All submissions must meet the following criteria to be considered for publication:

• The participant must be visibly wearing Hunky Tops branded apparel in the photo.
• The submitter must be the person appearing in the photo. Photos of other individuals will not be accepted.
• The photo must be an original image taken by or with the permission of the submitter.
• The photo must not contain nudity, explicit content, hate speech, or any content that Hunky Tops determines to be inappropriate, offensive, or inconsistent with its brand values.
• The photo must be of sufficient quality for display on the website.

Hunky Tops reserves the right to decline any submission for any reason, with or without explanation.

Published Photo Credit

If your submission is approved and published to the Hunky Tribe Gallery, you will receive $1.00 in Hunky Tops store credit. Store credit will be issued to the email address provided at submission within a reasonable time following publication. Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be combined with other promotional discounts unless otherwise stated. Store credit does not expire as long as the Hunky Tops store remains in operation.

You may earn the Published Photo Credit multiple times, once per published photo. There is no limit on the number of photos you may submit or earn credit for, provided each submission meets the requirements above.

The Published Photo Credit applies to photos submitted and published on or after the effective date of these rules. Photos published prior to that date are not eligible for retroactive credit.

Hunky of the Month Contest

Each month, Hunky Tops will select one published photo from that month's eligible submissions as the Hunky of the Month.

The winner receives $50.00 in Hunky Tops store credit. The same store credit terms described above apply.

Selection is made at the sole discretion of Christian Orellana, founder of Hunky Tops, based on the following criteria:

1. Hunky Tribe Energy: how well the image represents the spirit and values of the Hunky Tribe community.
2. Authenticity: the degree to which the participant is showing up with genuine confidence and presence.
3. Theme: how well the photo interprets the announced theme for that month.

Only photos published during the calendar month are eligible for that month's contest. Photos submitted after the monthly deadline will be considered for the following month.

Winner Notification and Announcement

The Hunky of the Month winner will be contacted via the email address provided at submission. Store credit will be issued directly to that email address at the time of notification. No action is required on the part of the winner to receive the credit. Unused store credit remains available but is the responsibility of the winner to apply at checkout.

Winners are announced publicly on the Hunky Tops blog at the start of the following month, at which time the new month's theme is also announced. By participating, you consent to your first name and submitted photo being used in this announcement.

Monthly Theme

Each month, Hunky Tops announces a theme that informs that month's contest judging. The theme is announced on the Hunky Tops blog at the start of each month. Adherence to the theme is one of three judging criteria. Photos that do not reflect the monthly theme may still be published and entered into the contest, but theme adherence will factor into the selection.

Photo Rights and Usage

By submitting a photo to the Hunky Tribe Gallery, you grant Hunky Tops a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and share the submitted photo on the Hunky Tops website, blog, email communications, and social media channels for promotional purposes. You retain ownership of your photo. You represent that you have the right to submit the photo and grant this license, and that the photo does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Privacy

Your name and email address are collected solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion. Your email will not be sold or shared with third parties. Your first name may be used publicly in connection with your published photo and any winner announcement. For full details, see the Hunky Tops Privacy Policy.

Modifications and Cancellation

Hunky Tops reserves the right to modify these rules, the contest criteria, credit amounts, or any other aspect of the Promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected in the updated rules on this page.

Hunky Tops also reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time. In the event of cancellation, any store credit already earned remains valid. No new submissions will be accepted after the cancellation date, and no Hunky of the Month will be selected for any month in which the Promotion is cancelled before the selection date.

General

This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Hunky Tops is not responsible for technical failures, lost or misdirected submissions, or any other issues beyond its reasonable control. These rules are governed by the laws of the state of Maine in which Hunky Tops operates.
