How to measure:
Get your favorite t-shirt. You know the one, that one that makes you feel gorgeous when you put it on, the one that fits you just the way you like it. Lay it flat on a surface, and measure the width from armpit to armpit. Then, measure the length from the top of the collar to the bottom of the hem. Compare those measurements with the table above, and choose the one that's closer! Size up for a looser fit, size down for a more tailored look.
