How to use this chart

The measurements shown in the chart are garment measures. We recommend you pick your favorite long-sleeve tee, lay it flat, and measure it:

• The width is the distance from armhole to armhole, across the chest.
• The length is the distance from the top of the shoulder to the hem.
• The sleeve length from center back is the distance from the center of the back of the neck, across the shoulder, and down to the end of the sleeve. Start measuring from the center point where the back neckline meets the shoulder seams, then run the tape over the shoulder and down to the cuff of the sleeve.

Once you have the measurements, compare them to the table above, and pick the closest size.
