Affiliate of the Month: Official Rules and Terms

These rules govern the Affiliate of the Month (the "Promotion"), a monthly reward for members of the Hunky Tops affiliate program on Shopify Collabs. By sharing your Hunky Tops affiliate link or code while these rules are in effect, you agree to these terms.

The Promotion

Each calendar month, the affiliate who brings the most new customers to Hunky Tops wins a free Hunky Tops t-shirt. The Promotion starts with the month of October 2026 and runs monthly until cancelled by Hunky Tops (see "Modifications and Cancellation" below).

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to active members of the Hunky Tops affiliate program on Shopify Collabs who are 18 years of age or older and have a shipping address in the United States. Affiliates whose membership is archived or disconnected at the time the winner is selected are not eligible. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Hunky Tops are not eligible.

How It Works

There is nothing to sign up for. Every active affiliate is automatically included each month. Just share your personal link or code as you normally would.

What Counts as a Qualifying Sale

A qualifying sale is an order that meets all of the following:

• It was placed using your personal Hunky Tops affiliate link or code, as tracked by Shopify Collabs.
• It was placed between 12:00 AM on the first day and 11:59 PM on the last day of the calendar month, Eastern Time.
• It is the customer's first order with Hunky Tops. Returning customers still earn you your regular commission but do not count toward the Promotion.
• It was not placed by you, on your behalf, or to your own shipping address. Orders placed with your own account, email address, or shipping address do not count.
• It was not cancelled or fully refunded before the winner is selected.

Each customer counts once per month, no matter how many orders they place.

Selecting the Winner

The winner is the eligible affiliate with the most qualifying sales in the calendar month, as recorded in Hunky Tops' order records. The winner is selected during the first week of the following month.

• Minimum: an affiliate must have at least one qualifying sale to win. If no affiliate has a qualifying sale in a given month, no prize is awarded for that month.
• Ties: if two or more affiliates have the same number of qualifying sales, the winner is the one who reached that number first, based on the time of their last qualifying order.
• No back-to-back wins: the previous month's winner is not eligible to win in the following month. If they would otherwise have won, the prize goes to the next eligible affiliate. They are eligible again the month after.

Hunky Tops' determination of qualifying sales and of the winner is final.

The Prize

The winner receives one Hunky Tops t-shirt of their choice of design, color, and size, from the t-shirts available in the store at the time the prize is claimed, shipped free to a United States address. The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash, store credit, or a different product type. One prize per month.

Winner Notification and Announcement

The winner will be contacted at the email address on file with Shopify Collabs. The winner must reply with their choice of t-shirt and shipping address within 30 days of notification. If the prize is not claimed within 30 days, it is forfeited and no alternate winner will be selected for that month.

The winner may be announced in Hunky Tops' monthly email to affiliates. By participating, you consent to your first name and Collabs display name being used in that announcement.

Disclosure

Whenever you share your Hunky Tops link or code, you must clearly disclose your relationship with Hunky Tops, for example with #ad or #affiliate, as required by the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides. If you post about a prize you won from this Promotion, disclose that too, for example with #gifted. Affiliates who do not disclose, or who promote Hunky Tops through spam, misleading claims, or coupon and deal sites, are not eligible.

Taxes

Any taxes associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Privacy

Information used to administer this Promotion comes from your Shopify Collabs membership and Hunky Tops' order records, and is used only to run the Promotion. For full details, see the Hunky Tops Privacy Policy.

Relationship to the Affiliate Program

This Promotion is in addition to your regular commission and does not change it. Your commission, payouts, and membership continue to be governed by the Hunky Tops affiliate program terms on Shopify Collabs.

Modifications and Cancellation

Hunky Tops reserves the right to modify these rules, the prize, or any other aspect of the Promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected in the updated rules on this page. Hunky Tops also reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time. If the Promotion is cancelled, no prize will be awarded for any month that has not yet been decided.

General

This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Hunky Tops is not responsible for errors in link or code tracking, technical failures, or any other issues beyond its reasonable control. These rules are governed by the laws of the state of Maine in which Hunky Tops operates.
